    水晶素をお水の中に入れて飲んだり、化粧水の中に入れて使用したり、料理にも使用しています。飲み始めてすぐに体が暖かくなり、汗が出はじめました。肌もつるっとして、シミも少し薄くなってきたような気がします。虫に刺された時につけると、かゆみもすぐ収まり、跡にもなりません。
