気分がふさぎがちですが、クリスタルを毎日コーヒーやお茶に入れて飲むようになって、体調がよくなりました。さほどくよくよもしなくなり助かっています。化粧品にも使いたいのですが、取り入れるほうがいい気がして、まだ試していません。これからも続けていきたいと思います。

I sometimes felt depressed. Since after I had the Best Plus Crystal with coffee or tea, I feel better and have no more worry about little things. It’s really an amazing product. I think drinking the Crystal is reasonable for me. I haven't tried yet to use it with skin care lotion. Anyway I will continue having the Crystal (SUISHO).
